& Craft Exhibition

11 O'clock on Saturday 28th, Miss Till opened the Craft and Local History Exhibition in the Methodist Chapel. During the short opening, we sang a song specially written for the occasion by Rev. William Denning, click here for the words. Lots of different crafts were on display including: painting, needlework, mosaics, book binding, floristry, sculpture, lace making and children's contructions. The local history exhibition included the family trees of various well known family names and plenty of old photographs of yester-year Oldbury were also on show.
