GAMES NIGHT AT THE MEMORIAL HALL
Saturday night is games night, well it was on the 24th. In aid of raising funds for the village hall, it's doors were thrown open for a fun packed evening of traditional board games. Not a screen or console in sight anywhere, instead there were; Darts, Draughts, Jenga, Cards, Quoits, 3D noughts and crosses, and Shove Ha'penny. Scores were recorded at the end of quarter hour, when everyone moved onto a new game. After all the scores were totted up, the champions were duly rewarded with fantastic prizes.
