Sunday morning (2nd) dawned bright and sunny, if a little damp from the overnight rain. The sun caught this tree beautifully along Oldbury Naite and reminded me how great the colours have been this autumn. Within just a couple of days of this picture, the weather turned and stripped pretty well all the leaves from the tree. A bit of autumn colour, click for a bigger picture.

Those spiders are just that bit more scary on a big screen and quite a few of us jumped along with Ron when one landed on his shoulder!
To raise money for the Playing Fields Development Fund, the Playing Fields Committee put on a Fireworks evening on Saturday 1st. Fireworks, Barbeque, Bar, Disco, the Deckers' bus, AND dry weather - what more could you possibly want?
